Barrel + Brine is a husband-and-wife–owned fermented food company based in Buffalo, NY, founded in 2015 by RJ and Lindsey Marvin. We specialize in small-batch, handcrafted fermented and pickled foods made with locally sourced ingredients, including sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, and kombucha.
